State Police have arrested three men for alleged drunken driving, they said Friday.

In the first of the three arrests Thursday, Jose L. Madrid, 35, of Brentwood, was charged with driving while ability impaired by alcohol, police said. He was also charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and false personation following a stop on the Southern State Parkway eastbound at Exit 39 in North Babylon.

Angel R. Baez, 44, of Bay Shore, was stopped on Bay Shore Road northbound near the Southern State Parkway in Bay Shore and charged with driving while intoxicated, police said.

Douglas J. Muhlbauer, 27, of Valley Stream, was also charged with DWI following a traffic stop on the Southern State Parkway westbound near Exit 36 in West Babylon, according to police.

All three men were to be arraigned in First District Court Friday.
