A Ronkonkoma woman was arrested Monday and charged with endangering the welfare of a child by allowing a minor to drink alcohol at her home, Suffolk police said.

Michele McKinney, 44, of 6 Duane Dr., was released on bail, pending her arraignment in First District Court, Central Islip, on November 16.

A 14-year-old girl was taken to Stony Brook University Medical Center for treatment after consuming an excessive amount of alcohol during a party Saturday at McKinney's home, police said.
