A Coram man died after crashing his sport utility vehicle early Wednesday in Middle Island, police said.

Isaiah Lee, 29, was driving his 2008 Chrysler Aspen south on West Bartlett Road at 12:03 a.m. when the SUV “left the roadway and struck multiple trees” as he tried to make a left onto East Bartlett Road, Suffolk County police said.

The Middle Island Fire Department transported Lee to Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue, where he was pronounced dead, police said.
