No one was injured when the boom on a crane truck crashed into a Melville office building Thursday morning, police said.

Photographs and video from the site at 91 Broadhollow Rd. show the truck tipped over to its side, with most of its tires in the air, while the boom had crashed partly through the roof.

The Huntington Town fire marshal and building inspector responded after the mishap was reported shortly after 9 a.m.

And an inspector from the U.S. Office of Occupational Safety and Health Administration was dispatched to determine if there were any workplace violations, a spokesman for the federal agency said.

The firm listed as occupying the building did not return a call for comment.
