A 33-year-old Port Jefferson woman was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated Tuesday night after she crashed into a utility pole in Mattituck, police said.

Southold Town police said Jennifer Boiler crashed into the pole on Route 25 at 9:45 p.m.

An investigation indicated she was intoxicated, police said, and she was arrested.

Boiler is scheduled for arraignment Wednesday.
