SUVs collide in Riverhead, injuring at least 1, police say

Authorities are investigating a crash in Riverhead on Wednesday night that left at least one person injured, police said.
According to Riverhead Town police, the accident happened about 7:30 p.m. and involved a Ford Flex and a Honda CR-V that collided at the intersection of County Road 105 and Route 25.
Police said no information was immediately available about how the crash happened or exactly how many people were injured or the nature of their injuries.
At least one person was taken to Peconic Bay Medical Center, police said.
