Crash shuts westbound Southern at exit 43

All westbound lanes of the Southern State Parkway are closed near exit 43 in Brentwood while State Police investigate a motor vehicle crash, a spokesman said.

No details on the incident were available. "I would hope it wouldn't be over two hours" for the lanes to be reopened, he said.
