Credit cards stolen from Westhampton car
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers and Westhampton Beach detectives released photographs Friday of three men wanted for taking credit cards from a car parked in the Westhampton Beach parking lot early last month.
The men used the stolen cards to make purchases from stores in the Tanger Outlet Mall and to buy gasoline from a Mobil gas station at Exit 70 of the Long Island Expressway in Manorville.
The alleged theft occurred on June 8, police said. The men were driving a cream-colored Chrysler 300 with out-of-state license plates and lifted the cards from an unlocked car in the Rogers Beach lot in Westhampton Beach.
Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-8477. All calls will be kept confidential.
Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
