A 9-year-old boy was killed Thursday in a crash in Manorville that also injured two others, Suffolk police said.
Police on Friday identified the boy as Jack Giusto of Manorville.
Joseph Macedonio, 25, of Manorville, was driving a 2014 Ford F-150 truck west on South Street at 11:35 a.m., police said, when he crashed into an eastbound 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe driven by Parker Giusto, 21, of Manorville.
Jack Giusto, Parker's brother, was a passenger in the Hyundai, police said.
Macedonio, as well the Giustos, were transported to Stony Brook University Hospital, where Jack Giusto died from his injuries, police said.
Both drivers sustained non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
