The Major Case Investigations Unit has arrested a Dix Hills man on charges of robbing a Commack bank March 12, Suffolk County police said Saturday.

Mark Ghossn, 22, of 20 Gleason Dr., was charged with robbery and resisting arrest, police said. He was scheduled to be arraigned Saturday in First District Court in Central Islip.

Police said at about 2:15 p.m. on March 12, Ghossn handed a note to a teller at the Citibank branch at 6105 Jericho Tpke., demanding cash and indicating he was armed.

The teller complied, and the suspect fled with an unspecified amount of cash in a white sedan, police said.
