Gun shots fired in a drive-by shooting in Coram struck two men in a Volkswagen on Wednesday night, Suffolk police said in a statement.

The shooting, which injured a 27-year-old and a 40-year-old in a 2004 Volkswagen Touareg, occured on Middle Country Road near Winfield Davis Drive at about 10:40 p.m., police said. Both men were taken to a local hospital with non-critical injuries.
