Driver charged with DWI in Commack crash

A Brentwood man faces drunken driving charges after his car hit a tree Sunday night in Commack, Suffolk County police said.
Juan Fuentes, 27, was driving on Daly Road, near Commack Road, at about 11 p.m. when he hit the tree, police said.
Fuentes was charged with DWI and he and a male passenger were taken to Huntington Hospital for treatment injuries that police said were not life threatening.
His arraignment information was not immediately available.
