Driver hurt when SUV overturns in Port Jefferson Station, cops say

The driver of a sport utility vehicle was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after the vehicle overturned Tuesday night in Port Jefferson Station, Suffolk County police said.
Police said the one-vehicle crash occurred on Nesconset Highway between Myrtle Street and Vincent Street at 8:55 p.m.
The identity of the driver was not released. The injuries also were not disclosed.
