Driver killed when vehicle flips in North Babylon, cops say

A motorist was killed Wednesday night after the Jeep he was driving collided with another vehicle and flipped over on Sunrise Highway near Hubbards Path in North Babylon, Suffolk detectives said.
The 6:25 p.m. accident occurred in the eastbound lanes of the highway, Suffolk Police First Squad Detectives said.
The unidentified driver was pronounced dead at the scene while the driver of the other vehicle, a woman, received nonlife-threatening injuries, police said.
The accident remains under investigation.
