Driver seriously hurt in West Babylon crash
A man who lost control of his car in West Babylon Monday morning was seriously injured when the vehicle struck a tree, Suffolk County police said.
Richard Kasaba, 33, of Lindenhurst, was driving a 2004 Nissan east on Route 109 at 7:15 a.m. when he lost control and hit a tree on the west side of roadway, south of Feustal Street, police said.
Kasaba was airlifted to Stony Brook University Hospital and is listed in serious condition, police said.
