Driver suffers minor injuries after crashing into house, police say
A driver suffered minor injuries after crashing into a home in Halesite on Sunday night, Suffolk County police said.
Police said the crash occurred on Creek Road at 9:11 p.m.
It was not immediately clear if anyone was in the house at the time — or if the home was damaged.
Police said a building inspector was called to the scene.
The identity of the driver was not released. Police said there was no criminality and said no one was charged.
