Police ID victim of house fire in West Babylon

Suffolk police have identified the 82-year-old woman who died in a house fire in West Babylon Wednesday night.
The body of the victim, identified as Ursel Bauer, was found after firefighters put out the fire in the house on Van Buren Street, police said.
The blaze was reported around 9 p.m., police said.
A preliminary investigation determined that the fire is "non-criminal in nature," police said.
