Firefighter injured in Bohemia house blaze

A late-night fire in Bohemia left a volunteer firefighter hospitalized with minor injuries, police and fire officials said.

The firefighter was not identified.

The fire at a home on Norman Drive was reported at 10:24 p.m., fire officials said. Firefighters from Bohemia, Lakeland, Sayville, West Sayville and Holbrook fought the fire. The cause of the fire was under investigation.
