Firefighters from four departments battled an early-morning blaze in an attached garage at a home in East Setauket Friday, police and fire officials said.

No one was injured.

Suffolk County police said the fire at 147 Old Field Rd. was reported in a 911 call at 5:51 a.m. Fire officials said the call was dispatched at 5:52 a.m.

Volunteers from the Setauket, Stony Brook, St. James and Centereach fire departments fought the fire. Officials said Port Jefferson Ambulance and Stony Brook University Ambulance also were on the scene as a precautionary measure.

The cause of the fire is being investiged, officials said.
