Acting on tips from neighbors, First Squad detectives arrested five men on drug-related charges in a raid of a Wyandanch house Thursday night, Suffolk County police said.

The First Squad's neighborhood enforcement/special operations team searched 33 Lake Place at about 8:40 p.m. after neighbors complained of drug activity at the address, police said.

Detectives seized crack cocaine, prescription drugs, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and $550 in cash from a recent drug transaction, police said in a news release.

Police said the five men who were arrested are:

Pierre Josaphat, 39, 33 Lake Place, who is charged with three counts of sale of a controlled substance, two counts of possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Anthony Cannon, 49, 11 Beech St., Wyandanch, who is charged with loitering.

Charles E. Davison Jr., 40, 124 Jefferson Ave., Wyandanch, who is charged with possession of marijuana.

Freddie Williams, 71, 33 Lake Place, who is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance.

James Maxwell, 42, 66 E. Main St., Bay Shore, who is charged with possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree.

Josaphat was scheduled to be arraigned Friday at First District Court in Central Islip. Arraignments for the four others had yet to be determined.
