A 27-year-old man had a calf wound and a 19-year-old man had a thigh wound, police said. Both were treated and released from Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip.
Three women - ages 19, 21 and 24 - were also struck in the legs and were treated and released from Southside Hospital in Bay Shore, police said.
Police asked anyone with information to call the Third Squad at 631-854-8352 or Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS. Calls will be confidential, police said.
