A Hampton Bays man who crashed his car early Tuesday in Southampton faces a drunken-driving charge, Southampton Town Police said.

Milton Blanco-Rivera, 27, was driving a 2004 Saturn when he crashed on North Sea Road at about 5:20 a.m., police said.

When police responded to the scene, they found Blanco-Rivera intoxicated, according to a news release.

He was alone in the car and not injured, police said.

He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, police said.
