Tomarken, commissioner of the Suffolk County <a href="/topics//United_States_Department_of_Health_and_Human_Services">Department of Health</a> Services, said Wednesday in a news release. 
 Grantland Beach and Bayberry Cove Beach in Strongs Neck remain closed, the release said.
