Applications for three affordable town house units at Country Pointe at Huntington are available on a first-come, first-served basis, town officials said.

The Town of Huntington Community Development Agency, in cooperation with Beechwood Homes LLC, is accepting applications for the town house units. Each is priced at $318,625 in the newly constructed condominium community on East Fifth Street in Huntington Station.

The units each contain three bedrooms and 2 1⁄2 baths, and are available to first-time home buyers, defined as those who have never owned a home, have not owned a home for the past three years or are displaced homemakers, town officials said.

To be eligible, the income for a household of just one person cannot exceed $93,072; for two people, $106,368; and for three people, $119,664. Applicants must also meet asset qualification requirements, town officials said.

The homes are within the 76-unit development adjacent to Avalon Huntington Station. Residents will have access to AvalonBay’s amenities, including the clubhouse, pool and children’s play area.

Relevant documents — including an application; details on income and asset criteria, taxes and monthly carrying costs; and photographs and a floor plan of the available units — are available on the town’s website at huntington.ny.gov/countrypointe. For more information, call 631-351-2887.

Completed application forms will be reviewed as received by Huntington Community Development Agency, town officials said.
