Kings Park man charged with DWI in Commack crash

Robert Sebbesse, 42, of 31 Ellen Pl., Kings Park, failed sobriety tests and provided a breath-analyzer sample of .11 percent on Oct. 13, 2010, troopers said. He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and several traffic violations.
A Kings Park man whose Chevrolet pickup rear-ended another car Wednesday on the Northern State Parkway in Commack faces drunken-driving charges, state police said.
A trooper dispatched about 5:51 p.m. to an accident at Exit 43 on the parkway noticed the driver of a red Chevy pickup with an odor of alcohol on his breath, according to a report.
The pickup had bumped the rear end of a Ford car on the eastbound side of the parkway, police said.
The driver, Robert Sebbesse, 42, of 31 Ellen Pl., failed sobriety tests and provided a breath-analyzer sample of 0.11 percent, troopers said.
He was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and several traffic violations.
He is due Oct. 22 in First District Court in Central Islip.
