A motorcyclist crashed in Patchogue early Saturday while performing stunts -- in front of a parked Suffolk police car, authorities said.

Kyrent Pachon, 27, of Centereach, fled the scene but was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest, according to police.

Pachon was driving erratically and doing wheel tricks when he lost control of the bike on East Main Street and Maple Avenue. He attempted to pick up the bike and drive off but was unsuccessful, police said.

The suspect fled on foot and was pursued by a Fifth Precinct patrol officer who was in the area interviewing a witness. Officers from the K-9 and Aviation divisions assisted, police said.

The patrol officer arrested Pachon at 4:44 a.m. and determined he was under the influence of alcohol, authorities said.

Arraignment information wasn't immediately available.
