Leandra's Law arrest in Southampton
An Aquebogue man was arrested under Leandra's Law early Sunday, accused of driving while intoxicated with a child in the car, according to state police.
The man, Miguel Pedro Sandoval, 29, was arrested around midnight on County Road 39 in the town of Southampton. A 5-year-old child was with him in the car, police said. He was scheduled to be arraigned Sunday morning.
