All westbound lanes of the Long Island Expressway at Exit 51 have reopened after a jackknifed tractor trailer forced a 25-minute shutdown Wednesday evening, Suffolk County police said.

No one was injured in the Dix Hills accident, with the driver getting back into the tractor trailer and driving off, police said. It was unclear Wednesday night what the tractor trailer was carrying.
