Service restored between Greenport, Ronkonkoma after body found on tracks, LIRR says

The Long Island Rail Road has restored service between Ronkonkoma and Greenport Sunday evening after a body was found on the tracks in Medford, according to the LIRR website.

An MTA spokesman said the body was found about 500 yards west of the Medford train station. MTA police are investigating.
