Man apparently burned in Holtsville workplace accident, police say
A man reported to be working on an electrical panel at a Holtsville office building was taken to the hospital after suffering what "appears to be burn-related injuries," police said.
The accident at 755 Waverly Ave. occurred at around 3 p.m., Suffolk County police said, and arson squad detectives are investigating.
The victim was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital, police said.
