Kesley Nosy, of Great Neck Road, North Amityville, fired several shots at a man he had been arguing with earlier in the night at the Cloverdale Apartments but instead struck Kevin Roker, 44, also of North Amityville, in the left shoulder, Suffolk County police said. The shooting occurred at 8:05 p.m. Sunday.

Roker was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip and was admitted in stable condition, police said. His condition was unknown Monday morning.
