Suffolk homicide detectives are investigating the death of a man whose body was found in a Nesconset swimming pool Friday afternoon.

Police said the man, who was not identified, was found in a pool at 28 Chivalry Lane shortly after 3 p.m.

Marine Bureau officers recovered the body and transported it to the Suffolk Medical Examiner’s office for an autopsy to determine the cause of death, police said in a news release.

Detectives ask anyone with information to call the Homicide Squad at 631-852-6392 or, anonymously, to Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS.
