Man killed in Hampton Bays car accident, cops say
A man was killed in an accident early Sunday in Hampton Bays, state police said.
The accident occurred at 2:22 a.m. near Sunrise Highway Exit 65, said state police spokesman Trooper David Ferreby. Another vehicle was involved, but Ferreby did not have information on whether anyone in that vehicle was injured or whether there were others in the car with the man who died.
