Man shot in back in N. Bay Shore
A man was shot in the back late Wednesday in North Bay Shore.
Suffolk County police said the man, described only as in his 20s, was shot at about 11 p.m. Police said the injuries were considering nonlife-threatening and the man was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Police did not release the name of the street where the shooting took place. They said no one has been arrested.
The investigation is continuing Thursday, police said.
