Sixth Squad detectives are looking for a man who stole $30,000 worth of watches in a home burglary in August, Suffolk County police said.

Carlos Miranda, 29, is a suspect in the Aug. 24 burglary in Miller Place, police said. He is wanted for second-degree burglary, and Crime Stoppers is offering a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.

Miranda is originally from Brentwood, police said.

In addition to watches, police said other jewelry reportedly was stolen.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers, 800-220-8477. All callers will remain anonymous.
