The Fourth Precinct crime section released photographs Wednesday of a man who allegedly stole electronics equipment for a Commack department store in December, Suffolk County police said.

Police are looking for the man, about 40, who walked out of the Target store on Route 454 in Commack on Dec. 16 with a 26-inch Magnavox television, a 32-inch Westinghouse television and a Bose Companion speaker system.

Police said the man wore a jacket with the words "Mac Two Towing" on the back. His photographs were taken from video surveillance cameras at the store.

The man left the store without paying for the items and entered a dark sedan, police said.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-8477. All calls will be kept confidential.
