Man wounded in N. Lindenhurst shooting
Police are investigating an early morning shooting in North Lindenhurst that saw a man wounded in the leg.
A 911 call reporting the shooting was received at 12:39 a.m., Suffolk County police said.
The incident was on 45th Street. Police said it was not immediately clear how seriously the victim may have been injured and said the circumstances surrounding the incident also were not clear.
