Joseph Brogan, missing Westhampton man, found, police say

Southampton Town Police said Joseph Brogan, a 28-year-old Westhampton man who went missing Friday, has been located.
Brogan, who was last seen at the Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream on Friday about 11 a.m., suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and a brain injury.
