Three people were arrested Saturday throughout Southold Town at sobriety checkpoints organized by a police task force.

The Suffolk County district attorney's office East End STOP-DWI Taskforce -- composed of Southold Town, Riverhead Town, New York State and Suffolk County police units -- interviewed more than 300 drivers in Mattituck alone as part of its enforcement efforts, Southold Town police officials said in a news release.

Moises Martinez-Anzurez, 28, of Greenport, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated -- Leandra's Law, driving while intoxicated and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.

Roberto Garrido, 28, of Greenport, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed operation of a vehicle and an interlock restriction violation.

Jacob Riehl, 24, of Southold, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation and an interlock restriction violation.
