More showers hit Wednesday afternoon, and the rain is likely to continue Thursday, but temperatures will hit the mid-70s, the National Weather Service said.

There will be scattered showers for the afternoon commute and showers Wednesday night, the weather service said.

Thursday will be cloudy with a high near 76, the weather service said. More rain is likely, possibly as much as a quarter-inch or half-inch, and there may also be a thunderstorm. Rain may continue into the evening.

Forecasters are calling for mostly cloudy skies Friday and a high of 71. Skies will clear Saturday and Sunday, but expect cooler temperatures, with highs in the low to mid-60s and lows dipping into the upper 40s overnight.
