Fire at National Grid power station in Northport, utility says
A rooftop blaze at National Grid’s power station in Northport early Saturday was put out with no disruption to operations, a utility spokeswoman said.
Spokeswoman Virginia Limmiatis said the utility is working with local officials to figure out what caused blaze, which occurred at approximately 4:33 a.m.
No injuries were reported.
