Occupants safely evacuated from North Amityville house fire
Volunteers from four fire departments were called to the scene of a house fire at a high ranch in North Amityville just after noon Monday, Suffolk County fire officials said.
Fire officials said that all occupants were evacuated safely from the house on Nathalie Avenue by 12:30 p.m. No injuries were reported.
The home is located between Colonial Court and Bismark Place, officials said.
The fire, which started on the second floor, was reported at 12:03 p.m., officials said.
Firefighters from Amityville, North Amityville, East Farmingdale and North Lindenhurst were called to the scene.
