An early-morning fire in North Amityville Monday sent one person to the hospital with an arm injury, police said.
But Suffolk County police said the fire at the two-story home on Benburb Street just after 1 a.m. was not suspicious - and volunteers from the North Amityville Fire Department soon had it under control.
It was not immediately clear how much damage was caused by the blaze. A fire department spokesman could not be reached for comment.
