A fire at a storage facility in Holbrook injured one person Friday, Suffolk County police and fire officials said.

The fire was reported at 12:46 a.m. at the facility on Lincoln Avenue, fire officials said.

The person, who was not identified, suffered a hand injury during the blaze and was later taken to Stony Brook University Medical Center for treatment, officials said. The extent of the injuries were not known.

Volunteers from Holbrook, Sayville, Bohemia and Holtsville responded to the blaze -- and remained on the scene until at least 4 a.m., officials said.

The extent of the damage to the facility was not known.
