Overturned car on Sunrise in Bohemia
The right lane of Sunrise Highway between Exits 49 and 50 was closed Monday morning because of an overturned vehicle, according to a state Department of Transportation traffic alert.
Posted on the department's website at 8:29 a.m., the alert said traffic in the right lane and an entrance ramp to eastbound Sunrise Highway in Bohemia were closed.
The alert did not specify which entrance ramp - either Exit 49 or Exit 50 - was closed to traffic.
Suffolk County police did not have information on the incident, but inform.ny, the state website, said the issue was resolved before 11 a.m.
