Police from Suffolk County and Westhampton Beach are looking for two people who in July used a stolen credit card to purchase items from stores along William Floyd Parkway in Shirley and Mastic.

Suffolk County Crime Stoppers on Thursday released photographs of the suspects, a man and a woman. The photos were taken from video surveillance cameras at stores in the two hamlets, police said.

Police said the woman entered several stores on the parkway between 1:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. on July 29 and purchased items with a credit card that had been reported as stolen earlier in the day.

The stores she shopped at included Rite Aid, King Kullen, GameStop, Floyd Grocery, Pathmark and Home Depot, police said.

When the woman -- whom police said appeared to be in her early 20s -- shopped in the Home Depot store she was accompanied by a man wearing a baseball cap, police said.

Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-8477. All calls will be kept confidential.
