Patchogue man arrested on drug charges
A Patchogue man was arrested after investigators found drugs and drug paraphernalia inside his home Friday, Suffolk police said.
Around 10:35 a.m., in response to community complaints about drug dealing, a police Neighborhood Enforcement-Special Operations Team executed a search warrant at 21 Laurel St., according to police.
Cocaine, crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia were found at the address, police said.
Steven Steward, 24, who lives at the address, was arrested and charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance. He was scheduled to be arraigned Saturday at First District Court in Central Islip.
