Person seriously injured after 3-car crash on Sunrise
One person has been airlifted to Stony Brook University Medical Center following a three-car crash Tuesday morning near the West Babylon-North Lindenhurst border, Suffolk County police said.
The crash occurred at 7:43 a.m. and closed down westbound Sunrise Highway at Exit 37, Route 109, police said.
Both the Suffolk County Sheriff’s and police were on scene.
