Three-vehicle crash in East Moriches hurts 1, cops say

A three-vehicle crash at an intersection in East Moriches resulted in injuries to at least one person, who was transported to a hospital for treatment Sunday evening, police said.
Suffolk County police said the crash occurred on Montauk Highway at Locust Avenue at 8:03 p.m. Police said there were no serious injuries, but said at least one person was taken to Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead for treatment.
Photos from the scene show a car, an SUV and a pickup truck, all with damage.
No one was charged in the crash.
