Police: 2 hurt in Central Islip shooting

Two men were shot in Central Islip early Sunday morning, Suffolk police said.
The men suffered nonlife-threatening injuries in the 1 a.m. shooting on Clift Street, police said. One man was taken to Stony Brook University Medical Center, the other to Southside Hospital in Bay Shore.
No other information was immediately available.
